I worked all day yesterday and finally feel like I'm gaining some ground. I didn't leave the house the entire day and really focused for a change.
Breakfast:1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese
Bucket of coffee
Lunch:Tuna salad (reduced fat mayo and 1 egg)
Saltines
Snack:Watermelon
Dinner:Spaghetti
1 slice of reduced calorie bread
Dessert:Granola Bar
