Tuna salad (Reduced fat mayo, 1/2 egg, salt pepper)
Saltines

Snack:
Cool Whip and sugar free orange Jell-O

Dinner:
Pot roast
Broccoli mush with a tad of Velveeta
Roasted asparagus

Dessert:
Caramel Apple Won-tons
Cool Whip
