Lunch:Jr. Deluxe Burger from Sonic with only ketchup (When I got home, I added a small amount of reduced fat mayo)

Snack:I ate a late lunch, so I skipped the snack.
Dinner:
Won-ton Mini Lasagnas (My version is a variation of the linked recipe with zucchini, sausage, pepperoni, sauce, cheese)
First I roasted some zucchini.
 Then I layered my cute little lasagnas.

 These were delicious, but I'd do a couple of things differently the next time.

- Less sauce
- Add ricotta cheese to the layers
- Fold the tops of the won-tons over so they don't get crispy. Josh and I both agreed the crispy won-ton tasted like raw spaghetti noodles.
